1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and win1win ("Company", "Platform", "We"). 3Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

During registration, you are required to provide complete and accurate personal information. win1win implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with international industry standards.

• Valid passport (for foreign nationals)

• Request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting the win1win support team. Any valid credit balance will be returned once all conditions are met and relevant investigations are complete.

Self-exclusion requests for responsible gaming purposes will be processed within 24 hours and take effect immediately upon confirmation.

9Liability Limits
